Dr. Frank Cohen, a highly experienced chiropractor and clinical director of high-volume offices since 1983, brings an advanced, evidence-based approach to diagnosis, documentation, and patient management. Dr. Cohen has used 4 different EHR systems in his career, so he understands the challenges of transferring over. With extensive postgraduate training in spinal biomechanics, MRI interpretation, trauma qualification, and interprofessional collaboration, he delivers a comprehensive understanding of the clinical and medical-legal standards required in today’s healthcare environment.

Dr. Rattray, a practicing chiropractor since 1988, brings extensive expertise in reimbursement and compliance requirements for EMR systems and chiropractic documentation. In addition to being trauma, MRI, and primary spine care qualified, he offers valuable insight into the needs of today’s chiropractic practices. Working alongside Dr. Studin, he co-developed the clinical portion of the system to ensure compliance and accuracy across evaluations, re-evaluations, SOAP note templates, and all essential documentation.
