2. Are there additional setup or transition costs?

  • Demographics only: $0

  • Full migration (notes + financials):

    • $500 for up to 500 patients

    • $1 per additional patient

    • Available only for billing clients

    • Turnaround time: ~2 weeks

    • Your staff does nothing

The billing team migrates:

  • Most recent chart notes

  • All outstanding claims

By law, prior records must be provided to you by your former EMR vendor at $0 cost.
